The Ruffin NeuroLab (RNL) isn’t just a research lab—it’s a movement. We are the first private professional STEM program focused on Neuroscience and Physiology, led by a trained neurophysiologist dedicated to innovation, education, and professional growth.

RNL has trained and continues to train students from multiple institutions, including Case Western Reserve University, Virginia Union University, and beyond. Our impact extends to the elementary and high school levels through hands-on workshops at schools such as Fred D. Wish Elementary School (Hartford, CT), Mary Munford Elementary School (Richmond, VA), Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School (Hartford, CT), and Matoaca High School (Chesterfield, VA).
